Metropol Parasol will open next weekend
The latest great architectonic project in Seville will open its doors next weekend. This massive construction is practically downtown Sevilla, i.e. all the students from the SIUE-study abroad program will be able to walk to it and enjoy it.

Metropol Parasol will offer an archeological site, a farmers market, an elevated plaza, multiple bars and restaurants underneath and inside the parasols, as well as a panorama terrace on the very top of the parasols.Click on the pictures to make them larger. Thsi is so cool! When it's open, you'll be able to walk on top. I'm really excited to see it. And from a construction point of view I'm kind of dissapointed I won't get to see any of it being built. :/ Oh well. At least I'll be able to appreciate it! :)
